Tomato

Plant your tomatoes in a location that receives full to partial sun. Take care to prevent plants from drying out by ensuring moderate, regular watering. As the fruits ripen, pick as required and remember that the finest flavor will be achieved if tomatoes are allowed to mature while still on the plant. Fertilize every 2 months with a slow release formula to ensure optimal fruit production. Plant will perform best in weather above 40°F.

GARLIC ROASTED TOMATOES

INGREDIENTS:

10 ounces of tomatoes, halved

6 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon kosher salt

2 teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper

 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a bowl, toss together tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt + pepper.

3. Transfer mixture to a baking sheet + spread into an even layer.

4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until tomatoes are soft.
